This is a really interesting photo. I particularly like the contrast between the emerging rails and those under water - one is clear and sharply colored, the other dark and indistinct. It helps create a greater sense of dissolution.

My only suggestion would be to make the tracks more of a central focus. As it is, we get the concept, but the either end of the line disappears into the margins of the picture, which make the shot feel like a fleeting, incomplete glimpse through a window. Having the rails run straight out into the distance - either standing in the water following back toward land (perhaps at a downward angle), or looking from land to their submergence in the water - might give greater volume to the idea of travel and destination. If you could catch the shot at sunrise or sunset, too, that lighting might even take the idea further.

Overall, I think this is a concept with a lot of potential. Nice work!
